The Family Liaison Consultancy is run by retired New Scotland Yard Detectives trained and experienced in dealing with the families, friends and associates of those who are either badly injured or have passed away. Here, at The Family Liaison Consultancy, we work to provide training for those tasked within your organisation with dealing with death or serious injury of a co-worker, client or customer. In complex matters, The Family Liaison Consultancy will also undertake to act on your behalf to liaise with family members to ensure they are dealt with compassionately and with complete transparency to ensure the reputation of your organisation remains strong
We act mainly in the case of primarily deaths outside the United Kingdom where the complexities of local process is often at odds with UK Coronal process. We will also deal with the seriously injured where required to ensure a professional response to repatriation and engagement with family and friends. Without our help, your organisation is at risk from drawing adverse reaction and criticism for using people that, despite how well the intention is, are not qualified or equipped to deal with such trauma
The Family Liaison Consultancy will not undertake commissions where Police Family Liaison Officers are deployed except with the expression permission of the Police Unit involved.
